mechanical riveted and/or
bolted assemblies. We solicit RFQ’s
for small to medium size mechanical assemblies
such as quadrants, yolks, levers, pedals and linkage.
Our current statement of work includes several
detailed assemblies attached to machined extrusions.

December 2002, new Kao-Ming
CNC Machining Center, 55” wide by
245” long table, 36 tool-changer, Fanuc
OM controls.This new machining center complements
our other 5 Kao-Ming CNCs, all six have interchangeable
programming, tooling and fixturing, giving us
tremendous latitude and flexibility
in machine loading and scheduling.

has 6 presses, the largest a 100 ton brake press.
We do forming, joggling (hot & cold), checking
& straightening, to support our machining
operations.
